Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

 

Shipping time: Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days depending on your location. Because our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, delivery times may occasionally be longer during peak periods or holidays.

 

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

 

Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once your order ships. You can track your order anytime using the Track Order link in our menu.

 

Delays: If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, please contact us at support@shoplevell.com and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

 

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, email support@shoplevell.com and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
